We are currently planning events and social activities for 2024, which are likely to include the reintroduction of our monthly training sessions. However, these will now regularly be presented as webinars rather than in person seminars.

If there are particular speakers or topics on which you would like to see us present training, please email your ideas to admin@bbolawsoc.org.uk.

We already have a close association with the University of Law in Reading. Over the next year or so, we will also be looking to re-forge our links with Oxford Brookes University, the University of Oxford, Reading University and other educational institutions in our constituency, to enable law students and law graduates to engage with us and in time make a smooth transition from the BB&O Junior Lawyer Division to this Society. This will include members of the Society getting involved in local careers fairs and participating in events such as the University of Law’s “Legal Skills Triathlon”.
