| Job Specification | In anticipation of the retirement of the firm’s Family Law solicitor, Barrett & Co is seeking a solicitor who is keen to market, develop and expand its Family Law Department. Ideally, the applicant will be a member of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel and Resolution. It is anticipated that the work would include: Divorce Ancillary Relief Contact & residence matters, and other Children Act proceedings Injunctions Disputes under the Trust of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act Parental responsibility agreements Separation agreements Cohabitation agreements Civil Partnership This position would be full time and a competitive negotiable salary package is available, dependent upon the level of experience offered.
